New Offering: Elevating the Spirit

In my experience, being able to work with a practitioner over time has brought continuity and consistency to my commitment to heal and transform. Particularly during my Saturn return, I was moving through spiritual training which allowed me to constantly clear heavy energy and practice all that I was learning. Having my teachers and leaning on the other practitioners in my community helped me have a clear sense of sight of how all my self-work was building on each other and interconnected. While the sight of my community of practitioners kept me honest and accountable to my commitment to myself.


I was able to track to moments of my childhood and care for my younger self. See how the things I am holding are also ancestral and call my living relatives and ancestors to heal with me. Build a deeper practice of loving myself every day so that I can get closer to the things I dream for myself.


I am offering some of the same tools and support I was given as a foundation for participants to build their own relationships with their spirits.


Elevating the Spirit is a practitioner-supported self-healing journey. A strong spirit is important to return to alignment and face life's hurdles time and time again. This journey offers the additional support that we sometimes need.


January 21st 2023 - April 19th 2023

In this 3-month journey you will:

  • Consistently work with a practitioner

  • Open your roads by elevating your own spirit

  • Develop practices to care for your spirit

  • Connect to your higher self and intuition

  • Connect to your ancestral lineage

Each month will include:

  • An energetic healing session

  • A coaching session

  • A ritual is done on your behalf

  • An assignment/ritual to be completed by the participant

Healing session offerings

  • Reiki

  • Cord Cuttings

  • Shamanic Drum Journeying (soul retrievals, past life regressions, etc.)

  • Energetic extractions
